Hello and welcome to Mark Anthony Personal Training. I have been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for 14 years. I specialize in in-home personal fitness training, designing fun and varied individual fitness programs that deliver rapid results. My training sessions are suitable for all age groups and abilities. Like many of you, I’m busy trying to balance work, family, social life, and fitness. Therefore, my approach to training is targeted for the busy individual who needs straight advice about how to lose fat, get ripped, look great, and get the full benefits of a workout in half the time. Whether to lose weight. Lower blood pressure. Lower cholesterol, or not losing your breath playing with your kids - whatever the reason...I can help!
